HOW WE TRAIN

CrossFit is scalable to individual ability levels. All people are welcome at our gym, wether you are starting out or are an elite athlete, we can cater to meet your fitness needs.

Our world class program brings with it a great reputation for improving strength, cardiovascular fitness, skills and gymnastics with injury free living. Our decades of coaching experience delivers this at the highest level. 

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobic capacity training. We have programs for people at all levels of fitness.

Our Crossfit classes follow a plan which involves warming the body up, stretching, a particular strength piece and finally a cardio based workout of the day or WOD.

 

NUTRITION

Your training is taken care of with our high end programming however, for optimal training, performance and recovery results, what you fuel your body with is crucial.

At Freezing Hot CrossFit we have you covered. Our head nutrition coach Mani knows how to get you to your goals. 

Add our nutrition & lifestyle coaching program to your membership for just an additional $40 per week.

This is a personalised one on one coaching program, tailored to your needs and goals. 

There is no set duration for the program as this depends on your current situation and goals. We are not chasing quick results, we are all about making sustainable, steady and longterm changes.

What does the program include?
- Assessment of current eating habits
- Personalised nutrition strategies, including calories and macro goals (if applicable)
- Expert coaching to keep you accountable
- Weekly check ins to keep you on track
- Finding a healthy routine YOU can stick with
- Tips and tricks about mindset, planning and preparing
- Practical methods on how to balance your social or busy family life whilst working towards your goals
