HOW WE TRAIN

CrossFit is scalable to individual ability levels. All people are welcome at our gym, wether you are starting out or are an elite athlete, we can cater to meet your fitness needs.

Our world class program brings with it a great reputation for improving strength, cardiovascular fitness, skills and gymnastics with injury free living. Our decades of coaching experience delivers this at the highest level. 

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobic capacity training. We have programs for people at all levels of fitness.

Our Crossfit classes follow a plan which involves warming the body up, stretching, a particular strength piece and finally a cardio based workout of the day or WOD.
